Donald asks…I am desperate and need losing weight help. I am currently on the Alli plan, I lost some weight, but my meds?interfere with my weight loss. I eat healthy and I don't have treatments on the plan. I lost weight the first month but, last week I put all but 4 lbs back on. I take Cymbalta, Elavil, Eterdiol, Lisonpril, Neurontin, Enablex, Amirex, magnesium, Malic Acid and Multi-Vitamins.
I have limitations to exercising. I have neck, back, wrist and knew injuries.... along with Fi
