Joseph asks…On my iphone 3gs it came with remote and mic earphones but the remote part doesn't work?I've just now got out my remote and mic earphones, I put them in my iphone 3gs and the remote part doesn't work why? It works on my ipod classic but not my iphone anyone know how to fix this?poptropicahelp answers:I believe it's a software issue, I have had the same issue on my iPhone 3G, the OS 4 software update next week should fix it.
