Helen asks…Shares paid out in 1998 but we never got cheque, where to from here?My mum (we live in UK, she lives in SA) has been going on & on about some shares that she invested in years ago but doesn't remember ever being paid out for but we just put in down to her forgetting & everytime she mentioned it just fobbed her off.
