Susan asks…How to beat the box and one basketball defense?My men's summer basketball league is facing a team that does only box and one defense. What can our team do to beat their defense? I know we will be given tons of jump shots but can you suggest us to do? like formations etc...poptropicahelp answers:Swing your center from the baseline to the foul line. Give him a high entry pass. Once he turns toward the basket, the box will collapse around him freeing the small forward and power forward
