Your Questions About How To Beat Depression
Nancy asks…Is it normal to want to try and beat depression without...?taking any drugs? My 16 yr old friend is deeply depressed but won't tell his parents how serious it is because he doesn't want to take drugs. He says it makes him feel worse. But is it possible to cope with this and get better on his own? He sees a therapist once a week but I am afraid for him. I feel like I should tell his parents. Please help me.
