Richard asks…How can I tell where child support money is going to?My ex-husband is supposed to be paying me Child Support which he had been doing voluntarily for about 4 months. I filed with the Child Support Enforcement Agency so that his wages could be garnished, however, my ex-husband is saying that his wages are being garnished already but I haven't received a penny of it for over a month and a half now.
