Richard asks…Why don't they color-code all paperwork for patients who do not have insurance and cannot pay?They could take the fingerprints of all adults at that time; because apparently some people give false addresses and names. Put their fingerprints into the system and give them one year to find insurance. If they did not get insurance by that time..........well the adults would be out of luck!
