Your Questions About How To Get Flat Abs Fast
James asks…HELP! Abs!?hi im 14 yrs old and i wanna get some abs as fast as possible. im pretty skinny but i have some belly fat and around my body. if i wear like a shirt my stomach looks pretty flat with little curve but my pecs are like fat i cant use any weights or anything like that and i have to do it all at home. i want to know how i can lose the fat around my stomach and pecs fast. the best motivation for me i think will be seeing results fast. i wanna get abs and stronger arms and pecs
