Thomas asks…How did you lose your baby weight, and how fast?Hi everyone.. I was just wondering if you could tell me how much weight you put on during your pregnancy, how long it took you to get back to pre-pregnancy (if you did). What exersizes if any, you did to help take the weight off.. and how old you are.
Thanks everyonepoptropicahelp answers:I gained 40 lbs exactly. I'm 5'9 and started at 136 and when I gave birth I weighed 176. By the time I left the hospital I had already lost 30 lb
