George asks…How can I get a flat belly by september 5th?I have a little pouch of fat in the lower area of my belly and I can't wear nice tops becasue it sticks out. It was bigger but it went down during the summer and since the begining of august I haven't benn able to loose any more. Any tips?
I can't spend any money, I want this to be fast easy and free.
